ریسندگی و تابیدن نخ به روش‌های سنتی

* اطلاعاتی پیرامون ریسندگی و تابیدن نخ به روش‌های سنتی: صاحب‌نظران بر این عقیده‌اند که نخ‌های دستریس به زیراندازهای سنتی ویژگی خاص می‌بخشد و بر ارزش و اعتبار آن می‌افزاید که ذیلاً توضیحاتی در خصوص ریسندگی و تابیدن نخ ذکر می‌شود که این نخ در کارهایی مانند قالیشویی ،تعمیر مبل و رویه کوبی مبل کاربرد دارد:
بعد از مرحله تفکیک رنگ و شستشوی پشم یا پنبه، نوبت به ریسندگی و تابیدن آن می‌رسد. نخستین بخش عملیات ریسندگی «حلاجی» یا «شیت کردن» پشم یا پنبه است که طی آن به کمک دست یا کمان حلاجی یا دستگاه حلاجی، پشم یا پنبه آماده ریسیدن می‌شود و سپس زنان با کمک وسیله چوبی ساده‌ای به نام «دوک» به ریسیدن آن می‌پردازند.
دوک، میله چوبی باریکی است به طول تقریبی 20 تا 25 سانتی‌متر که در میان صفحه‌ای گرد یا صلیب‌مانندی از چوب فرور رفته و در سر آن شیاری وجود دارد که رشته پشم را پیش از رسیدن در آن بند می‌کنند.
زنان ریسنده به هنگام کار، پشم یا پنبه شیت شده را به دور مچ یک دست پیچیده و با انگشتان دست دیگر آن را می‌کشند تا باز شود و در همین حال آن را به دور انگشتان خود پیچیده و دوک را می‌چرخانند تا پشم یا پنبه تابیده به دور میله دوک پیچیده شود و هر از چند گاه یک بار نخ حاصله را از میله دوک باز کرده و آن را گلوله می‌کنند.
دوک نخ‌ریسی:
بعد از اتمام عملیات ریسندگی: نوبت به تابیدن نخ می‌رسد و ریسنده به نسبت ضخامت نخی که تهیه آن مدنظرش است، دو یا سه رشته نخی، که از دو یا سه گلوله جداگانه باز می‌شود را با کمک دوک به یکدیگر می‌تابند. چنانچه عمل تابیدن از راست به چپ و در جهت حرف «اس» (S) انجام شود، نخ حاصله را «چپ تاب» و در صورتی که عمل تابیدن از چپ به راست و در جهت حرف «زد» (Z) انجام شود، نخ حاصله را «راست تاب» می‌نامند.

دندانه دادن چیست؟ «دندانه» (Mordant) عبارت است از ماده‌ای فلزی که پس از شستن نسج به آن می‌دهند و عمل دندانه آن است که ماده فلزی با رنگ ترکیب شده و یک ورقه بر روی الیاف ایجاد می‌کند که آن ورقه در مقابل نور، شستشو و گذر زمان مقاومت کرده و رنگ را ثابت نگه می‌دارد.
